Staci Mauney is the author of four books in the Echoes of Joy devotional series, Echoes of Joy: A Devotional for Animal Lovers, Echoes of Joy: Growing Closer to God, Echoes of Joy: A Daily Devotional for Christmas, and Echoes of Joy: 30 Days of Experiencing God’s Grace. Staci holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Cameron University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU), graduating summa cum laude. She grew up and spent most of her life in southwestern Oklahoma.
She enjoys taking her sassy Yorkie, Lilly, for long walks in the park and fun rides in the car. She then turns their adventures into stories for her blog and devotionals. She is active in her local church, serves on the board of her local senior nutrition site, and volunteers on the board of the Oklahoma Writers Federation, Inc. (OWFI). She runs a professional editing business, Prestige Prose, which can be found online at www.prestigeprose.com.
As a writer, she writes creative nonfiction, short stories, and maintains a devotional blog from where her series gets its name, which can be found at www.stacimauney.com.
